The staff at the hotel were incredibly hospitable, offering excellent service and going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The location of the hotel was great, right in the heart of the city and close to all the major attractions. 

We checked into the hotel late at night, but they were waiting for us and it took just a few minutes to check in. The room is small, it's normal for downtown Zurich. In the bathroom, all cosmetics from Kiehl's, the room is very clean:

Great location in the old town. Charming and small with substantial breakfast included. Helpful staff and free minibar with soft drinks. Coffee always available. Nice amenities like free tea, coffee, water, and fruit all day. Comfortable 

Kindness of the staff. Excellent food. Good location. Rooms have been recently refurbished, but no clim.

The helpful attitude of the staff, the lovely old furniture in the corridors, beautiful books on them, free minibar, and general feeling of welcome

This charming boutique hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, close to historical sites, the Bahnhofstrasse, and the pedestrian area of the old town. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with spotlessly clean 

Great personal service in the middle of the wonderful Zurich old town at a very good price (by Swiss standards!). Very quiet room ensured a really good night's sleep on a most luxurious bed. A terrific lunch at the restaurant was an unexpected bonus.

The location was absolutely perfect and excellent, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from a famous pedestrian street. The facilities were good and the breakfast was freshly cooked with yogurt and soft

There was the streetparade was in Zürich, a lot of people everywhere, fully crowded. No car could be hired, just in one of the neighbouring cities
